Many buyers looking for Equestrian Properties or Farms are looking for
something very specific, and we may not have a farm in our inventory that meets
that buyer's needs. If you're thinking of selling, please keep us in
mind! Here are some of our buyer requests:
- In Search of a Thoroughbred Farm - The perfect property would
include a modern 2500+ square foot home, at least 30 acres of property, a
barn with at least 12 large stalls and an indoor arena of at least 170 x
75. Buyer is willing to pay up to $1,000,000. Must be
commuting distance to NYC a few days a week.
- Wanted - a Farm with a Pond - It's very important to this buyer
moving from New Jersey to have a pond within view of the home. Prefers
a 4 to10 stall barn, and looking to stay very close to the New Jersey border
in Northampton County, Lehigh County or Bucks County. Will pay up to
$250,000.
- Anywhere in Eastern Pennsylvania - Looking for a place to raise
cattle. Would like 200+ acres at a reasonable price ($4000 to $8000
per acre depending on the land).
- Wanted - a Berks County Farm - This buyer needs an updated home
with at least 1800 square feet, at least 10 acres of land and a barn that
can accommodate 3 horses. Will pay up to $250,000.
- Wanted in Western Berks County - a Horse Property that includes a
very modern low maintenance house, 10-30 acres, a modern barn and low
taxes. Will pay up to $350,000.
- In Search of a Bucks County Facility - Looking for 15+ acres with
or without a house and barn (for 6-8 horses). Will pay up to $475,000
with suitable house and barn, or up to $150,000 for the right piece of land.
- Considering Opening a Boarding Facility - Looking in Bucks or
Montgomery Counties for at least 20-40 acres of land with a
home. Would like to board up to 40 horses, so a large barn would
be preferable. Price would depend on what's already on the
property. Is looking for a package to be not more than $750,000.
- Help! Lehigh County property owner needs more
land. Looking in Lehigh, Northampton, Upper Bucks or Western Berks for
at least 50 acres with a home. Will pay up to $450,000.
